Since I'll only make one-offs for starters, I really don't want to make an actual silk screen just for one design. Give yourself some room to grow over time.
Would heating it up a bit first help? Where the toner was still on the copper, it worked. Give yourself some room to grow over time. Add acid to water. But even things as simple as Vinegar can react with peroxide to form some pretty nasty stuff. The tip is thin and I managed lines less than a millimeter. I imagine any additional high concentration peroxide will bubble off rather vigorously and simply be wasted. The full design was double sided, but the missing top copper was only for jumpers, so wires were used to replace the missing top copper. If you like slow and safe then im sure body rubs minutes deep tissue only can find all the supplies you need at the local elementary school. Now to see if this will work with a Sizzix Die cutting machine and I'll be in business. This stuff is so active, though, that I'm not sure it's necessary. See the chemistry section for. I find it doesn't fume much at room temperature when I'm re-using a batch. So stop using ferric chloride etchant better can make one etchant that makes another etchant that's infinitely re-chargeable. Add oxygen to re-green, and add a bit of acid if that's not working.
Tri: Stop using ferric chloride etchant better
- It turns blue after a while but with a sufficient concentration you can reuse it multiple times.
- Stop using ferric chloride etchant better
- If it works for you, I suspect your acid is high and copper low, and you are etching with acid as much as with cupric. I got a little etch thru on a couple of my traces.

Your results may be more or less exothermic. That pretty much rules out everything except alkali and alkali earth metals. You can see more copper wire sitting in the solution, as I was continuing to test to color changes compared to the copper etching speed. This board was left in the solution too long, so there is significant undercutting of the pattern. Sometimes I'd leave it on for a few hours while I'm at work if I've been etching a lot. Make Your Own Water Light Graffiti at Home with LEDs and PCBs. Using this system requires a reliable control system, for both components required to replenish the system, Hydrogen Peroxide, and Hydrochloric Acid.
